At Elevare Partners, we believe that housing is more than just a roof over your head. It is the foundation for rebuilding lives. Our name, which means “to lift up,” reflects our mission to support and empower adults in need by providing safe, stable, and respectful shared living environments across Texas.
We serve veterans, seniors, survivors of domestic violence, individuals coming out of incarceration or rehabilitation, and others experiencing housing insecurity. We believe every person deserves a second chance, and we are here to support that journey through independent and community-focused housing.
Elevare Partners is not a medical or assisted living facility. We provide fully furnished homes, essential utilities, and voluntary wellness check-ins that help residents feel supported, encouraged, and connected. Our care is non-clinical and grounded in compassion, structure, and respect.
What began as a vision to create accessible and affordable housing has grown into a movement to restore hope and stability, one person and one community at a time.

Elevare Partners is a purpose-driven independent housing provider committed to uplifting adults in need of safe, stable, and dignified living environments. Founded on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance, our name means “to raise up” and that is exactly what we aim to do.
We specialize in fully furnished shared housing for veterans, seniors, domestic violence survivors, individuals exiting incarceration or rehabilitation, and adults with limited or fixed incomes. Our program provides more than just a place to live. We offer structure, community connection, and non-clinical wellness support that respects each resident’s independence and individuality.
With every home we open, we are expanding hope and opportunity – helping people rebuild their lives with confidence, respect, and a strong sense of belonging.
