What kind of housing does Elevare Partners provide?

We offer fully furnished shared homes for independent adults in need of safe, clean, and stable housing across various communities in Texas.

Who is eligible to live in your housing?

Our housing is for adults capable of living independently, including veterans, seniors, domestic violence survivors, and individuals with low or fixed income.

Is Elevare a licensed assisted living facility?

No. We are not a licensed medical or assisted living facility. We provide independent housing without personal care or medical services.

 

What utilities are included in the housing?

All utilities are included, such as WiFi, electricity, and water. Residents do not need to set up or manage utility services on their own.

Do you provide meals or transportation?

No, meals and transportation are not provided. Residents are responsible for their own meals and travel but may be connected to local resources if needed.

Are there staff members on-site?

We do not have full-time on-site staff. However, weekly wellness check-ins are conducted and support is available during business hours.

What happens during a wellness check-in?

Wellness check-ins are non-clinical and voluntary. They may include casual conversations, appointment reminders, or helping identify non-medical support needs.

Can residents stay long term?

Yes. There is no fixed time limit. As long as residents follow community guidelines and remain able to live independently, they may stay.

Do you accept referrals from social workers or agencies?

Yes. We work closely with social workers, case managers, and community programs. Referrals can be submitted through our intake process or by email.

How do I apply for housing?

Visit our website and complete the intake form. Once submitted, our team will contact you to discuss next steps and current availability.

Is there an age requirement?

Residents must be adults, generally 18 years or older. We serve seniors and adults with various life challenges who can manage daily living.

Can a resident have visitors or family stay with them?

Visitors may be allowed based on house rules. Overnight guests are generally not permitted unless approved in advance for specific reasons.

What is the cost to live in an Elevare home?

A monthly housing fee is required, which includes rent, furnishings, and utilities. We aim to keep rates affordable for low and fixed-income residents.

Are your homes safe and monitored?

Yes. Our homes are located in safe neighborhoods with clear community expectations. Regular check-ins and policies help maintain a secure environment.
